This gorgeous transitional, neutral style home was reimagined by Legend Homes along with JFY Designs, nestled on 1.37 acres in Nashville, Tennesse. Encompassing 7,864 square feet of living space there are five bedrooms and 6 bathrooms on this family home stuffed with fabulous details.

The goal was to create a house that could be very comfortable, cozy, and alluring with a lot of layering and really neutral textures and woods. The designer peppered in slight touches of drama, which may be seen in the hotter, spicy tones with some charcoal, and touches of greens that bring the outside inside… Remember to watch the video home tour at the tip of the post!

It was transformed into a wonderful home office, featuring huge iron and glass doors that may be closed off for privacy. The space was decorated with more feminine tones but still kept it neutral.

Above: This cozy homework nook is where the owner’s kids spend quite a lot of their time. It was decorated to feel cozy yet playful. An old rake that was pulled behind horses was repurposed right into a hat rack on the wall. On the ground is a good looking vintage rug.

Above: This light-filled owner’s bedroom was designed to have a balance of each feminine and masculine. Overall the space feels cozy and homey.

Above: The family spends quite a lot of their time outdoors. This beautiful and expansive patio is ideal for indoor-outdoor living. Positioned just off the good room through sliding glass doors, it is sort of a second a second front room for them. Sheltered from the weather, this space is comfortable for lounging for hours while having fun with views of the swimming pool and beyond to the woodsy property.

Above: The coffee tables are repurposed old carts that were sourced from factories. The wheels were removed and bases were added to make the tables. It brings quite a lot of character into the space.

Above: One other highly used space in the house is that this game room. Positioned in the back of the home, it’s where the youngsters watch movies and hang around. It is usually the darkest room in the home with its paint selection, nevertheless, the abundance of windows helps to maintain the space light and airy. This space connects to the backyard patio and pool, giving it a beautiful indoor-outdoor feel.
