Calimia’s house is liable for the inside renovation of this beautiful waterfront home positioned on the Sunset Islands, a set of 4 islands in beautiful Biscayne Bay off the southwestern shores of Miami Beach, Florida. The scope of this interior design includes furnishings, lighting, decorations, plants and styling.
The owner of this house within the early Nineteen Thirties was moving his family from Latest York to Miami Beach. The designer showcased the homeowner’s extensive art collection and original architectural features throughout the house. Together, they selected distinctive furniture and realized the owner’s vision of an off-the-cuff dining room and a comfortable family room.

What we love: This beautiful waterfront house is light and vivid yet cozy. We love how clean and welcoming each interior and exterior living spaces look. The designer did a unbelievable job of updating the interiors to create a family home imbued with the personalities of its inhabitants. An outside oasis has been created with comfortable furnishings which can be sheltered from the weather, set in front of a luxurious swimming pool and surrounded by lush gardens.

Within the boy’s rooms and the homeowner’s study, the main target was on creating stylish, but in addition functional spaces. The designer created a really personalized workspace for the owner, using her family photos as inspiration.
A welcoming outdoor living space was a priority given the home’s waterfront location. The designer added jute hangings to create a liveable outdoor dining area and lounge.
