The homeowner wanted a clean aesthetic with strong lines and a neutral color palette to create an overall welcoming atmosphere. Despite its easy color scheme, this home offers many layered tones and natural textures.

Right at the doorway is that this great open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area. The kitchen has been kept light and airy, contrasting with the gorgeous Virginia Mist granite on the countertops and backsplash. This stone was perfect for this kitchen – it’s dark but not too dark.

To balance and provides the island a more unique shape, drawers have been added to the front of the island. The seats wrap around two sides for a more conversational seating arrangement.

What we love: This inviting Utah home offers a ravishing floor plan that’s conducive to stylish family living and entertainment. Along the length of the double vanity on the other side, an extended mirror is used to extend the space. A shallow shelf for small toiletries has been added above the countertop.
